About The Digital Banking Club
The Digital Banking Club (DBC) is the only place to go for the latest news, opinions, and information on all things focused on digital financial services.
DBC was established in January 2013 by Intelligent Environments, in association with the Retail Banker International, Electronic Payments International, Cards International and Private Banker International publications, all owned by the Progressive Media Group (PMG).
In 2017 the DBC tightened its relationship with the Motor Finance publication, also owned by PMG, to provide content and to launch a series of Live Debates specifically for the Vehicle Finance industry. These events are held under the Digital Banking Club (or DBC) for Vehicle Finance banner.
Also in 2017 the DBC worked with the Credit Strategy online publication, owned by Shard Financial Media (SFM), to provide content and to launch a series of Live Debates focused on the Collections industry. These events are held under the Digital Banking Club (or DBC) for Collections banner.
The heart of the DBC is the portal - www.thedigitalbankingclub.com - where content is updated daily and contains news items, feeds, blogs, research, and papers. Regular surveys are also run via the portal and the results shared with members.
In 2014 the DBC launched the Power 50, the Who’s Who of digital financial services which also included a list of Rising Stars within the industry. Again in 2014 an Advisory Panel was established made up of senior figures within the industry who provide guidance to the founders of the club. A full list of panel members can be found here.
The DBC is free to join but you MUST register. We welcome members from all areas of the financial services industry, and current members work for banks, cards & payments providers, collections teams, debt management agencies, mutual organisations, retail finance providers, retailers, utility companies, vehicle finance companies and telecos, analysts, consulting firms, technology providers and industry commentators.
