Director of financial crime risk at Huntswood

Jacqueline is a Director in Huntswood’s Financial Crime Risk team. She specialises in KYC, AML, de-risking, governance, vendor management, management information and controls, crisis management, failed audits, regulatory directives, fraud, and building operating structures and teams globally to support both current and future business needs.

Her previous posts range across HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital and include Regional Head of Payment Operations, Global Head of New Business KYC and Global Head of Remediation & Refresh KYC. She was also Director of Financial Crime Operational Effectiveness at PWC.

Jacqueline is an experienced Corporate and Investment Banker with over 25 years’ experience. She originally started her career in Retail Banking, progressing through Commercial and Corporate Banking to Global Banking and Markets/ Investment Banking. She also spent 15 years working internationally throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa. 

She holds the ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering and has also studied leadership programmes at London Business School and Duke University in the US and completed a workshop titled ‘Strengthening Personal Resilience’ at the British Psychology Organisation.

Outside of work Jacqueline enjoys keeping fit, walking, reading, travelling around the world and family life.
