Over the past 20 years, Mark has been at the forefront of redefining how brands look at planning the customer experience. As the first chief experience officer at OLIVER Group, he is responsible for helping clients deliver a better customer experience in any channel.

Prior to OLIVER, Mark spent ten years at DARE where he integrated behavioural science into planning to found the experience planning discipline. Mark's team combined imaginative skill sets such as psychologists and toy designers to create more effective customer experiences.

A major influencer in user experience, Mark is joint chairman of the IPA's Digital Business Group and also sat on Rory Sutherland's task force to champion behavioural economics in advertising.

Following his degree in Information Design from Falmouth School of Art, Mark started his career at LBi. His searching nature is demonstrated by the fact that he walked across the Arctic when he was in his 20s.
