Shishir is a Digital Channels & Customer Interactions specialist, with over 25 years experience spanning Financial Services, IT and Consulting, with operational experience in Banking and IT.

He has led award-winning technology solutions enhancing business capability across multiple markets, for a leading global bank with a wide, international footprint. His focus is on leveraging technology to enhance customer engagement (spanning across direct-access touch-points and assisted channels), and create innovative solutions to improve the internal, enterprise view of the customer. 

Shishir has deep expertise in Internet / Mobile banking, Portal technologies & architecture, Information Architecture, Usability, Content Management technologies, and CRM / Customer Centric solutions, gained over 15 years of implementing solutions at Banks and other Financial Services institutions. He has been based in Mumbai, Singapore and London, and managed multiple implementations in countries all over Asia-Pacific and EMEA. 

Currently Shishir is actively engaged with the FinTech ecosystem (startups, accelerators, banks, technology product vendors / system integrators, consulting organisations) in London. He has a passion for learning and applying the latest concepts and developments in digital technologies, that takes him to hackathons on weekends, and seminars / digital events on weekday evenings. 

He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kanpur.
