Customer-focussed agile design of mobile applications
This is the age of mobility and organizations have put the development of a mobile application high on their agenda. Yet, organizations have difficulties in obtaining and realizing both business and customer value from mobile applications. Developing a mobile application is easy. Especially one that is hardly ever used by customers. The true challenge lies in developing a mobile application that leverages the organization’s strengths and is so convenient for the customers that they continuously want to use it. In this paper we argue that the development of a mobile application does not happen in isolation.
