Primax, a provider of debit and credit card issuing and merchant acquiring services, has introduced ConnectUP Online, a new tool that facilitates online billing and payments for cardholders.
ConnectUP Online enables cardholders to activate their cards, check balances, make payments, and view, download and print transaction statements.
In addition, the online tool allows cardholders to view rewards status, request new PIN, change address and or phone number and a Help/FAQ resource area.
“Issuers can brand the site with their logo and enhance their messaging and marketing efforts to cross-sell with banner ads on the site. Functionality specific to commercial applications includes the ability for card administrators to access and monitor accounts, manage credit lines and authorization strategies, update company information and access audit reports,” said by the company in a statement.
