Old Mutual Wealth selects DST to deliver new online digital services
Old Mutual Wealth has selected DST's e-commerce platform Opendoor for its enterprise data management, and content management capabilities
UK-based Old Mutual Wealth has selected DST’s e-commerce platform Opendoor for its enterprise data management, and content management capabilities.
Under the deal, Old Mutual Wealth will consolidate its multiple websites and microsites onto DST’s platform to offer a single customer view for institutions, superannuation funds, and third-party administrators.
The consolidation is projected to help Old Mutual Wealth get a consistent process and usability across its customer, adviser, and contact centre operations.
Old Mutual Wealth chief operating officer Jeremy Charles remarked: “The Opendoor platform will enable us to keep up to date with the latest mobile technologies that are becoming crucial in the delivery of financial services in today’s market.”
The wealth manager has already started outsourcing its back-office operations to International Financial Data Services (IFDS), which is a 50/50 joint venture between DST and State Street.
The firm’s UK retail platform business is being migrated onto DST’s back-office solution Bluedoor under the initiative.
Old Mutual Wealth and DST have also introduced a digital magazine, while DST is currently in the process of developing Old Mutual Wealth’s customer-facing public websites.
