Vestmark snaps up Advanced Objects' proposal generation technology
Vestmark has acquired proposal generation and sales analytics technology from Advanced Objects
Vestmark, a wealth management technology provider, has acquired proposal generation and sales analytics technology from Advanced Objects, a Chicago-based provider of financial technology and consulting services.
Vestmark said that it will integrate Advanced Objects’s technology with its unified wealth management platform VestmarkONE.
To oversee the integration, Advanced Objects’ co-founders and primary principals Jeff Peterson and Arthur Potasiak will join Vestmark.
The integration will enable VestmarkONE’s clients to seamlessly customize and complete investor risk profiles and risk investment policy statements; review in-depth analytics of the investor’s current holdings and accounts; and assess investor goals and automate suitable, program- or platform-specific investment recommendations; according to Vestmark.
The integration will also enable clients optimize portfolio construction by researching all approved mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, closed-end funds, equities and fixed income securities; generate and share interactive proposals and investment plans on PCs, iPads and Android tablets; and utilize digital enrollment documentation to fully automate the account-opening process, Vestmark claimed.
Commenting on the acquisition, Vestmark CEO John Lunny said: “Given our innovative, advisor-facing UMA and UMH capabilities, combining Advanced Objects’ proposal generation technology with VestmarkONE was critical towards seamlessly marrying the entire wealth management process from initial client engagement and portfolio construction through ongoing portfolio management and client reporting.
“Advanced Objects’ technology is the only proposal generation technology capable of wholly leveraging VestmarkONE’s rich portfolio management capabilities. We are thrilled to welcome the talented Advanced Objects team on board.”
VestmarkONE is a single platform that delivers institutional-caliber portfolio management, rebalancing, trade order management, performance measurement, pre- and post-trade compliance, and client reporting.
