The Fairbanking Mark Ceremony

Momentum: Improving the financial well-being of more and more customers.

The Fairbanking Mark Ceremony

The Digital Banking Club is proud to fully support the principles of the Fairbanking Foundation and in view of this we would like to draw your attention towards this year’s Fairbanking Mark Ceremony.

The Fairbanking Foundation’s Annual Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 20th October 2015 from 5pm at Guildhall in London.

Momentum: improving the financial well-being of more and more customers

After an extraordinary year of growth for the Fairbanking Foundation, one in three of all UK adults will have an account that carries a Fairbanking Mark. This is a tremendous and practical demonstration of the industry’s commitment to improving customer service while acting in a more responsible and transparent manner.

Speakers include:

Alderman Alan Yarrow, The Rt. Hon. The Lord Mayor
Adrian Newby, Bishop of Stepney with a message from the Most Rev. and Right Hon. Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury and a patron of the Fairbanking Foundation
Karen Bennett, CEO, Enterprise Credit Union, Liverpool
Les Matheson, CEO, Personal and Business Banking, RBS
Ashok Vaswani, CEO Retail and Business Banking, Barclays
Ben Page, CEO, Ipsos MORI

Register here on Eventbrite or, alternatively, RSVP to Janet Walker by Monday 5 October 2015.

On behalf of the Fairbanking Foundation we would ask you to extend this invitation to other people within your company or organisation who may also be interested in attending.
