British online wealth manager Nutmeg has named chief revenue officer Martin Stead as its new CEO, replacing Nick Hungerford.
Hungerford, who co-founded the fintech firm along with William Todd in 2011, will take up a new role of non-executive director.
Stead joined Nutmeg in 2015. Prior to joining Nutmeg, he worked as marketing, digital and sales director at EDF Energy.
Hungerford said: “The time is right to hand over the role of CEO to Martin to manage and further accelerate Nutmeg’s growth. My role at Nutmeg is geared toward building the brand, developing the vision and making sure Nutmeg has a voice among its peer group.”
Recently, Nutmeg’s managing director Lee Cowles left the organization, while COO Phillip Bungey departed to join Seven Investment Management.
