BRBCARD partners with Gemalto for opt-in mobile marketing campaigns in Brazil
BRBCARD has teamed up with Gemalto to provide its Mobile Engagement and Monetisation service to over 400,000 customers in Brazil.
BRBCARD operates as the card issuance entity directly linked to BRB – Banco de Brasília, an organisation controlled by the federal district government.
The innovative smart message channel improves customer communication and satisfaction, and allows mobile device users to opt-in to engage in quality, interactive communication and promotions with BRBCARD.
Leveraging Gemalto’s solution, BRBCARD will communicate and boost relationships with its customer base, mainly from the public sector who receive their salaries through BRB – Banco de Brasília.
The new solution provides opt-in interactive and intuitive text messages directly to a device’s idle screen allowing users to read it and either engage in a conversation or dismiss it with a simple click.
The service seeks to capitalise on users’ opt-in rates ensuring BRBCARD give a privileged access to their consumers for further mobile marketing campaigns such as credit recover, card unblock, satisfaction survey and insurance.
