Callcredit targets international growth with new appointments
Credit reference agency Callcredit Information Group has appointed three new global market development leaders to target further growth.
Eamonn Tierney, the group’s current managing director of credit solutions, will move to head up a consolidated UK business development team.
- Jim Hannon has been appointed as head of operations in north America. He previously worked as vice president of business operations for analytics firm FICO, and vice president of finance at communication solutions provider Avaya.
- Rick Biggs, the group’s current managing director of software, analytics and fraud, will become head of the group’s international markets.
- Stephen Burnside has been hired to take over the managing director position of the software, analytics and fraud division. He previously held positions in both financial services and data and analytics businesses. A former director of Ikano Bank (the finance arm of IKEA) in Europe, Burnside was previously European managing director at Experian decision analytics.
Chris Green, chief commercial officer at Callcredit, said these appointments would help lead the company through its next phase of growth.
He said: “We have gone from a relatively narrow-focused UK-only business to one that now operates in an increasingly diverse set of sectors and geographies. Although data will always remain at the heart of our business, it is the analysis and interpretation of this data that is increasingly important to our clients.”
