Pacific Northwest-based Maps Credit Union has chosen ACI’s integrated online banking platform to strengthen its online and mobile as well as bill payment services.
Maps, which serves nearly 50,000 members, believes that an integrated multi-channel banking platform will enable it to deliver better and consistent service to members in-branch, through desktop or mobile device.
ACI’s integrated online banking platform for credit unions, ACI Architect Banking, provides financial institutions such as Maps the control, choice and the flexibility to quickly respond to ever-changing consumer and business financial needs.
Additionally, using Architect Banking’s Software Developers Kit (SDK), Maps can offer its members a highly intuitive and personalized user experience.
Maps has also selected ACI’s bill payment services, offering a suite of payment services such as bill pay, seamlessly integrated within Architect Banking.
ACI’s Electronic Biller Directory technology claims to enhance payment accuracy for both Maps and its members, resulting in faster payment delivery and minimizing the risk of payment errors.
Maps Credit Union president and CEO Mark Zook said, "ACI will enable us to improve our online banking, mobile banking and bill pay offerings and provide an exceptional member experience."
