Bottomline Technologies has released a new version of its mobile banking app, delivering additional capabilities and usability enhancements for improved customer experience.

According to the company, the upgraded Bottomline Mobile Banking app fully integrates with its commercial banking and cash management services.

In addition to checking balances and transferring funds, the Bottomline Mobile Banking provides users with other services like payment approvals, alerts, business debit card management, personalisation of the user experience and Picture Pay.

Bottomline Global Banking and Financial Services Group general manager, Norm DeLuca, said mobile business banking is an important opportunity for banks to drive additional business with their commercial customers.

"Providing a simple and intuitive user experience enables financial institutions to deliver immediate value to their business customers while impacting customer satisfaction and brand innovation," DeLuca added.
