Suvidhaa Infoserve customers will have the chance to use services such as prepaid mobile and direct to home television (DTH) recharge, utility bill payment and bill management services.

 

The website has also introduced features like recharge of multiple mobile media, data card or DTH connections in a single transaction.

 

Users can use the online recharge without registering and a plan selector tool enables the user to find the right prepaid mobile plan thanks to a filtered search.

 

A bill management section, offering bill management services will allow the customer to use one place to receive, pay and track various utility bills.

 

Suvidhaa Infoserve allows its users to make payments to the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation for railway ticketing, airline ticketing, bus ticketing, telecom services purchases and banks.

 

In order to process the payments, Suvidhaa Infoserve has a network of 45,000 stores or Suvidhaa points across 1,700 towns spread among the 28 Indian states.
