US Data Capture announces merger with Charge Payment

US Data Capture (USDC) has announced that it has merged with credit and debit card payment processor Charge Payment.

US Data Capture (USDC) has announced that it has merged with credit and debit card payment processor Charge Payment.

The New York payment processor is joining Charge Payment in a move that will expand the latter company’s reach in the payments industry.

Peter Gatof, President of USDC, said: "We are very excited to announce our joining with Charge Payment, which will enable us to continue our growth plan with a focus on vertical markets and to further the development of proprietary payment applications."

"We expect Charge Payment will provide USDC with the capital, management expertise and business platform required to drive long-term growth and profitability, benefiting our employees and other stakeholders and enhancing our innovative high-quality merchant services suite of product offerings."

USDC, a company that processes $1bn in payments a year, brings a portfolio of around 3,000 merchants to Nashville-based Charge Payment.
